SHIPPING TIMES
It all depends on the size of the piece. If it has to be freighted, it will take longer because we have to book with a freight company, which sometimes can be at least two weeks out. If it is a smaller piece, I am able to ship it out within a week maximum but typically next day!
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAXES
It depends on the insurance needed based off of the cost of the piece and it also varies based on weight and size. Please contact us at contact@stephaniedillon.com before ordering for exact quotation.
SHIPPING COUNTRIES
We offer free shipping in the United States and we ship Internationally.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on your country.
RETURNS
If you’re not completely satisfied, call or email us to arrange a return within 10 working days from receipt of the piece. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee.
